By accessing or using SlideKeep ("the Service"), operated by SlideKeep ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SlideKeep is a platform that allows presenters to upload, share, and manage presentation decks. The Service includes slide hosting, audience viewing, lead capture, analytics, and deck export features.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use presenter features. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to SlideKeep ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to upload and share your content.
• Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or objectionable material.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable law.
• Upload copyrighted material without proper authorization.
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, remove, or disable access to any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and all associated content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlideKeep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SlideKeep, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
